Initiate and execute hotel operations related policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with the standard of the Company.
Manage in full spectrum all administrative activities in relation to hotel operations such as financial performance, budgeting and manpower allocation.
Manage and ensure smooth operation of Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
Responsible for the provision of quality service while maximize room revenue and productivity.
Manage the team and ensure that appropriate staffing is maintained to meet operational demand.
Drive and participate in operational meetings and the formulation of strategic business plans.
Provide professional advisory services in regards to daily operations such as implementation and solution of corrective measures or resolution to complaints and incidents.
Prepare relevant periodic reports, statistics and analysis for the review of the management.
Assist in any ad hoc projects and duties as required.
Bachelor Degree or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years solid working experience in relevant field.
Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
