  • Initiate and execute hotel operations related policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with the standard of the Company.

  • Manage in full spectrum all administrative activities in relation to hotel operations such as financial performance, budgeting and manpower allocation.

  • Manage and ensure smooth operation of Front Office and Housekeeping departments.

  • Responsible for the provision of quality service while maximize room revenue and productivity.

  • Manage the team and ensure that appropriate staffing is maintained to meet operational demand.

  • Drive and participate in operational meetings and the formulation of strategic business plans.

  • Provide professional advisory services in regards to daily operations such as implementation and solution of corrective measures or resolution to complaints and incidents.

  • Prepare relevant periodic reports, statistics and analysis for the review of the management.

  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and duties as required.


  • Bachelor Degree or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 10 years solid working experience in relevant field.

  • Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
