Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and execute facilities management related policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with the standard of the Company.

  • Manage in full spectrum all administrative activities in relation to facilities management such as financial performance, budgeting and manpower allocation.

  • Prioritize and monitor the progress of construction projects including project timeline, contract agreements, budgeting and handover procedures while drive regular inspection and maintenance schedules.

  • Manage contractors to ensure project progress in compliance of required standard of workmanship and specifications.

  • Provide professional advisory services in the development and execution on construction projects.

  • Prepare relevant periodic reports, statistics and analysis for the review of the management.

  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years solid working experience in relevant field.

  • Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
