Initiate and execute retail & leasing related policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with the standard of the Company while ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are adhered.
Manage in full spectrum all administrative activities in relation to retail & leasing such as financial performance, budgeting and manpower allocation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants while negotiate and solicit new tenants or renewals.
Work closely with internal and external parties on the execution of operational retail & leasing activities.
Drive research and maintain up-to-date information of market demographics and activities.
Monitor contract management and business terms in relations to leases and retail prospects to achieve business plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure requirements of tenants (including fit-out designs) have been processed in compliance with the company policy and business terms before the opening of shops.
Provide professional advisory services in the support of the provision of tenancy.
Prepare relevant periodic reports, statistics and analysis for the review of the management.
Assist in any ad hoc projects and duties as required.
Degree holder or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years solid working experience in relevant field.
Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
