Meet, greet and deliver exceptional service to VIP Slot players, arrange hotel, transportation, offsite entertainments and other needs for them.
Able to demonstrate success and experience managing high-end customers, to encourage quality players to move their play to higher denomination zones.
Monitor guest profitability to ensure comps are within established guidelines.
Assist with the planning, execution and modifications of promotions, special events and tournaments.
To visit VIP guest regularly to ensure them continue visitation and bring in referrals, perform Regular Business Visitation.
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator and adherence to strict confidentiality.
Perform other job-related duties as required by Management.
University Graduates preferred.
Minimum 2 years hosting working experience and 1 year experience in Slot Marketing’s sales area.
Must be mature, cautious and trustworthy, highly self-motivated and like interacting with players, strong analytical/problem solving/decision making skills and able to resolve issues that may arise.
Must have excellent team work spirit and able to work with other department as one team.
With PC knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft office required.
Fluent in English and or Mandarin.
24 hours on call upon request.
