  • Drive and lead accurate stock management and timely implementation of corporate seasonal updates and events in line with the Brand, Space, Store Presentation and Marketing principles.

  • Role models and drive a memorable shopping experience by engaging with and making a personal connection with the customer.

  • Lead the team to the delivery of ‘Ready to Trade Standards’, delivering an aspirational and clean environment for customers and colleagues.

  • Ensure a Safe & Legal working environment for colleagues & customers and perform the role of the Duty Manager.

  • Manage a committed team who feel fully engaged, supported and recognized for their contribution, drive individual performance and develop potential through the successful implementation of the career path.

  • Drive the store’s profitability through minimizing losses, accurate staff cost management and drive an efficient & productive working culture.


  • Secondary education, with solid retail operations management experience in retail or relevant industry will be an advantage.

  • Strong leadership with good commercial and numerical sense, proactive, passionate for driving success.

  • Customer focused, good influencing and people management skills, innovative with effective problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
