Drive the store’s profitability through minimizing losses, accurate staff cost management and drive an efficient & productive working culture.
Secondary education, with solid retail operations management experience in retail or relevant industry will be an advantage.
Strong leadership with good commercial and numerical sense, proactive, passionate for driving success.
Customer focused, good influencing and people management skills, innovative with effective problem solving and analytical skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
