Ensures through effective supervision that all property is always available and carries out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the operation manual.
Identify problem areas in management and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of management for assigned property
Monitors all outside contractors agreement and efficiency.
Inspects periodically all areas and building premises to ensure the highest possible degree of cleanliness, safety and comfort for in house guests.
Liaises closely with Operations department to ensure the proper market mix to achieve the maximum property revenue.
Liaises closely with Sales & Marketing and all heads of department concerned with regards to servicing and handling incoming groups, VIPs and FIT guests.
Manage project performance in terms of quality, program and cost
Manage and coordinate with business partners
Participates in community activities, professional organizations, and supplier relations and programs.
Ensures that the property’s operating budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.
Manage all financial matters, including preparing annual management budgets for the property. Monitoring of the income and expenditure of the property to ensure that these are in line with the annual budgets
Minimum of 10 years or above relevant experience in property management, experience from sizable property firms are preferable
Professional qualification related to the management and maintenance of buildings
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with an entrepreneurial approach and excellent understanding of the current market/ business situation
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
Detail-minded and able to work under pressure and independently in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
Ability to prepare financial and operational reports to management and make recommendations.
Good command of Chinese and English
