Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor the company campaign in accordance with country priorities, Regional guidelines and seasonality of the business. Develop a clientele profile within the VIP pool. To propose, validate and organize local events with ROI to increase customer loyalty.

  • Ensure training of the team in terms of using the tools available.

  • Oversee and increase the cross selling between different universes and Stores of Macau.

  • Work on getting external clients by meeting business partners (travel, tourism, Bank

  • Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with Business Partners and customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.

  • Demonstrate product knowledge on all categories for team training and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions.

  • Meet the individual sales targets and distribute the sales contribution between the Macau businesses as required.

  • Maximize every sale and supporting the Management Team and  Ambassador in the efficient running of customer service

  • Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.

  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.

  • Develop and create network channels for new VIP clients

  • Support the opening and closing of the department when required and following training.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail marketing or customer service field

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • Knowledge of selling techniques
