Maximize every sale and supporting the Management Team and Ambassador in the efficient running of customer service
Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
Develop and create network channels for new VIP clients
Support the opening and closing of the department when required and following training.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail marketing or customer service field
Bachelor degree or above
Good command of English and Chinese
Knowledge of selling techniques
