  • Build and develop trusted relationships with various department heads.

  • Serve as the initial point of advice, problem solving, and facilitation in all areas by providing strategic and proactive HR business partnering services to departments.

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to department heads through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.

  • Develop strategies for workforce planning, business unit restructures, succession planning, and talent management, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner.

  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.


  • University graduate or above.

  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position.

  • Familiar with Macau Labor Law.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
