Build and develop trusted relationships with various department heads.
Serve as the initial point of advice, problem solving, and facilitation in all areas by providing strategic and proactive HR business partnering services to departments.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to department heads through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Develop strategies for workforce planning, business unit restructures, succession planning, and talent management, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
University graduate or above.
Minimum 8 years’ working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position.
Familiar with Macau Labor Law.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
