Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure smooth operation of Customer Services Department which includes the Service Center, Call Center and the Branches.

  • Develop effective strategies and Customer Services propositions for Macau.

  • Formulate and drive effective programs for business acquisition and image building to achieve business goas and maximize business returns.

  • Manage and liaise with various retails merchants, marketing collectoral and point of sales parties and organizations in providing value-added services.

  • Standardize, review and revise the departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Manage the agency, external vendors and internal departments in ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or equivalent.

  • Minimum 8 years' customer services expereinces, with at least 3 of which in managerial role.

  • Self-initiative with good interpersonal, coordination and negotiation skills.

  • Creative, good commercial sense and strong project management skill.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

  • Candidates with banking experience is preferred.
