Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations, familiar with running a media, creative marketing plan and digital marketing solutions.

  • Lead teams of Operation, provide leadership at all levels of the organization.

  • Define and implement policies and performance standards.

  • Communicate and embody the company vision and values, build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent.

  • Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing, Media or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably have exposure in China market.

  • Exposure in product development end-to-end process.

  • Self-motivated and detail-minded.

  • Fluent in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
