Oversee day-to-day business operations, familiar with running a media, creative marketing plan and digital marketing solutions.
Lead teams of Operation, provide leadership at all levels of the organization.
Define and implement policies and performance standards.
Communicate and embody the company vision and values, build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent.
Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed.
Degree holder or above in Marketing, Media or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably have exposure in China market.
Exposure in product development end-to-end process.
Self-motivated and detail-minded.
Fluent in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
