Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the department, establishing annual departmental plans and performance indicators

  • Plan, negotiate, execute and analyze company’s promotion projects and campaigns

  • Promote company’s product and service, especially new business or function

  • Co-ordinate and implement company's public relations affairs

  • Responsible for the information release, feedback and customer relationship maintenance

  • Deliver company’s business message and information, report company’s performance and handle company’s business needs

  • Responsible for needs regarding the promotion of business, and communicating the job arrangement with the technical departments and operation departments

  • Maintain sustained and good corporate brand image

  • Assign tasks and guidance to department

  • Assess the performance of department employees

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communication or related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position

  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Creative, enthusiastic, proactive with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Sound and proven track record in running promotional and social media campaign

  • Strong marketing sense
