Act as a strategic HR partner to drive manpower planning, recruitment, compliance and performance management for Macau business operations.
Ensure an excellent quality of recruitment of key positions within the organization and manage the high volume of recruitment in new store start up.
Manage all C&B functions including annual salary review, bench-marking exercises, performance management, incentives etc.
Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, tools and employee relations/engagement strategies.
Manage people analytics and help define the analytics strategy, build metrics and interpret data to provide meaningful insights for management decisions.
Manage the HR budget, and monitor vendors and sub-contractors ‘performance, prepare HR reports and analysis for management review.
Participate in new retail business HR procedure and control set up.
Degree or above in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years solid HR experience in MNC or large corporation. Retail experiences are highly preferred.
Well-versed in Macau Labor Law and relevant legislations and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Mature, proactive, independent with strong sense of responsibility. Attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
