Perform technical support service of computer applications, hardware, software, networking, telecommunication systems and infrastructure IT support.
Deliver quality IT services to back office and retail shop end-users.
Provide general support, maintain and implement operation systems and software application in various platforms.
Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation.
Manage functionally suppliers and on-site engineers to guarantee the quality of IT solution, liaise with vendors to maintain equipment and networking service in excellent conditions.
Report and define action plan to improve support performance, prepare documentations such as user guide and daily reports.
Diploma holder in Information Technology Operations or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with supporting retail environment but not limited to POS ,store systems deployment and support.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills, project management skill is an advantage.
Excellent both in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Candidate with less experience will consider as IT Officer.
