Prepare company’s overall mid-term and long-term marketing strategy and formulate company’s annual implementation plan.
Coordinate and monitor the department to ensure the sales expansion plan is implemented effectively.
Seek market opportunities, explore potential customers and expand business channels.
Responsible for the sales management of company's major customers, control the execution of the sales process, coordinate and maintain pleasant relationship with customers.
Manage and lead the team to accomplish the sales targets.
Degree holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position.
Experience in banking field is highly preferred.
Enthusiastic, proactive with excellent interpersonal and selling skills, possesses strong analysis and problem- solving capabilities, able to work under pressure.
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
