  • Perform installation of all IT related frontline equipment such as PCs, Printers, Telephones, as well as related software such as operating system (Microsoft or Linux), applications.

  • Physically transport self and necessary materials or equipment to on-site and offsite locations.

  • Provide technical assistance and support, collaborating with other technicians (network engineer and system engineer).

  • Coordinate and work closely with other IT team members to support project delivery and issues resolution.

  • Responsible for providing preventive maintenance service on all IT equipment such as routers, switches, servers, etc.

  • Provide first line front end support service to Internal IT as well as onsite/secondment service to customer (if needed).

  • Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to customer specification and satisfaction; 7x24 On-duty support (if needed).


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.

  • General understanding of IP addressing, VLAN, wireless networking, Microsoft Active Directory & DHCP.

  • Hardworking, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
