Answer guests inquires and provide guests with a variety of information related to Resort Hotel.
Coordinate guest requests for reservations in tickets, restaurants, tours, hotel facilities, activities, and transportation.
Ensure all cashiering transactions are entered timely and accurately.
University graduated or above.
1-year relevant experience in Flight Attendant, Hospitality or Customer Services or related field.
Willing to work on shifts.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
