  • Approach guest in the lobby and associated areas to provide outstanding service.

  • Answer guests inquires and provide guests with a variety of information related to Resort Hotel.

  • Coordinate guest requests for reservations in tickets, restaurants, tours, hotel facilities, activities, and transportation.

  • Ensure all cashiering transactions are entered timely and accurately.


  • University graduated or above.

  • 1-year relevant experience in Flight Attendant, Hospitality or Customer Services or related field.

  • Willing to work on shifts.

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
