Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities, plan, formulate and execute strategies to grow the sales and margin of ELV and fire safety businesses.

  • Expand sales in existing accounts by cross-selling ELV and fire safety related solutions and services.

  • Identify potential customers, build rapport, plan and organize sales activities.

  • Lead the sales process from initial presentation, solution design and proposal, to cost estimation and quotation or tendering.

  • Maintain good professional relationship with customer, communicate customer experiences and feed backs to leadership team to re-align company strategies accordingly.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Meet planned goals.

  • To participate in specification-in for customer solutions.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in security, construction or related fields including at least 2 years of management experiences.

  • Diploma or above in engineering related disciplines is preferred.

  • Experience in specification-in is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (traditional Chinese), fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills with the capacity to lead/work with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness.

  • Proven track record of positive sales and leadership performance.

  • Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.

  • A motivated team player with the ability to take initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative project environment.
