Responsibilities:

• To identify potential sites and properties to support Brands’ retail development;

• Receive brief from Brand management on their retail development and prepare consolidated long / mid-term retail development plan

• To be responsible in the coordination process of site selection and to undertake the feasibility and due diligence studies;

• Conduct rental analysis and profitability analysis

• To be responsible in coordination of the process of all property related commercial discussions including new and renewal lease terms

• Keep abreast of Macau’s property market information and maintain good relationship with landlords;

• To be the key communication point between the company and the landlord(s)

Requirements:

• 5 years or above relevant working experience in which 2-3 years in managerial role preferably representing either landlord or retail brand;
  

• Good understanding of the development process and familiar with the issues of design, construction, leasing

• Strong in financial analytical skills, negotiation, communication and presentation skills

• Good computer skills specially in Microsoft Office

• Fluent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
