Responsibilities

  • Pay attention to the guest arrival and departure, establish a good relationship with guests, collect and update guests' personal information, preferences, habits and hobbies, to ensure that the best personalized butler service is provided;

  • Serving VIP guests from the hotel, preparing for greeting etiquette and arrangements;

  • Follow up the check-in and check-out procedures, catering services, laundry services and butler services, ensure that the service requests are followed up by the relevant departments and delivered on time to the guest;

  • Ensure that the daily supplies in the suites meet the standards of department;

  • Answer guests' enquiries and requests in a professional manner, actively communicate with relevant internal departments so as to provide appropriate services.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of front office experience, candidate with profound butler experience may consider for the position of Senior Butler;

  • Good communication skills; Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage;

  • Relevant work experience in international 5-star hotel(s) / Forbes star rated hotel(s) is an advantage;

  • Accept shift and overnight shift work.
