Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing lasting relationships with guests and patrons of the Food and Beverage Operations.
Coordinate events for VIP and High-profile guests, and ensure guest services and products are delivered according to company standard.
Consult with outlet managers on menu and beverage planning to optimize the guest experience and revenue.
Ensure all employees are able to deliver brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Review menus and pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining perceptions of value with guests.
Evaluate local, national and international market trends of hotel and restaurant operations constantly, to ensure the company's Food & Beverage operation remains competitive and cutting edge.
Monitor daily operations, work with respective Restaurant Managers to ensure sufficient manning and to make adjustments where necessary.
Maintain customer profile databases and disseminate the information to the Restaurant Managers.
Job Requirements:
At least 15 years' Food & Beverage sales and management experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel.
Possess bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Hotel or Catering Management or equivalent.
Possess in-depth understanding of Hotel and Food & Beverage group processes; interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts; and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
