Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing lasting relationships with guests and patrons of the Food and Beverage Operations.

  • Coordinate events for VIP and High-profile guests, and ensure guest services and products are delivered according to company standard.

  • Consult with outlet managers on menu and beverage planning to optimize the guest experience and revenue.

  • Ensure all employees are able to deliver brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

  • Review menus and pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining perceptions of value with guests.

  • Evaluate local, national and international market trends of hotel and restaurant operations constantly, to ensure the company's Food & Beverage operation remains competitive and cutting edge.

  • Monitor daily operations, work with respective Restaurant Managers to ensure sufficient manning and to make adjustments where necessary.

  • Maintain customer profile databases and disseminate the information to the Restaurant Managers.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 15 years' Food & Beverage sales and management experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel.

  • Possess bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Hotel or Catering Management or equivalent.

  • Possess in-depth understanding of Hotel and Food & Beverage group processes; interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts; and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
