Job Responsibilities:

  • Write all internal copy for multiple communications media formats, including newsletters, bulletins, posters, team member announcements, marketing collateral, videos and digital media.

  • Develop compelling copy, headlines, subheads and calls to action that induce readership and stir team members’ interest.

  • Involve in development of creative concepts for internal communications and team member culture building.

  • Work closely with creative team and graphic designers on concept development.

  • Understand internal client needs and follow up as needed on their requests.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Communications or related major.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ writing experience in a hotel preferred.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
