Proactively promote and escort guests to all hotel facilities, restaurant, retail outlets and entertainment venues.
Proactively introduce property’s promotion and event to guests.
Handle expenses postings, transportation and entertainment bookings
Luggage handling and hotel Lost & Found follow up.
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
Excellent guest service relation skills.
Experience in F&B and hospitality industry is an advantage.
Able to communicate with people from different gender, age and cultural background.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
