Job Description:
Establish a warm rapport with guests, maintain a pleasant smile and positive, enthusiastic attitude and high sensitivity at all time.
Responsible for providing courteous and friendly service to all guests particularly at the Hotel Main Lobby, Bus Lobby, VIP Lobby and Junket Lobby; Additional areas may include Hotel VIP check in, Hotel Main Lobby Driveway and Hotel Lift Lobby.
Job Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
Minimum 1-year relevant experience in 5 stars/ branded hotel is preferred.
Excellent guest service relation skills.
Modeling experience is preferred.
Fluent in spoken English; able to speak in Chinese is preferred.
Presentable and NO/concealable tattoo.
