Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls, receive and greet guests.

  • Assist in general office administration work as assigned.

  • Register incoming letters/documents and organize outgoing letters/documents.

  • Sort and distribute incoming documents.

  • Manage conference room booking arrangement.

  • Place office supply order.

  • Supporting vendors/contractors with access documentation to properties.

  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

  • Liaise with other departments.

  • Familiar with all policies and procedures of the Company and maintain at all times a personal image in relationship to responsibilities as a representative of the company.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher diploma.

  • At least two years related working experience.

  • Ability to prioritize work.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, attentive to details, and good at interacting with people.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
