Job Responsibilities:

• Direct contact with clients and involved in project scheduling and budgeting.

• Supervise operations, project delivery and business strategy.

• Project management for a variety of projects or project teams.

• Lead the creation of design concepts for newly launched projects or A&A works.

• Develop complete design package for interior design for new build projects and renovation of assets.

• Help develop brand design standards and implement ongoing brand aesthetic policy.

• Oversee and aid in design of new construction & renovation.

• Direct, coordinate and manage all design/construction activities.

• Design and implement the development of new standards and procedures for integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM), from predevelopment through construction.

• Monitor overall quality levels of finishes and FF&E selection.

• Effectively prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

• Oversee project budgets and installation schedules to ensure on-time project completion.

• Review and understand, with professional proficiency, detailed construction documents such as shop drawings, technical query, method statements, etc.

• Act as liaison between third party architects, design firms, and client. Coordinate interior design and architectural issues with other consultants.

• Manage and work collaboratively with other members of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Science in Architecture.

• At least 10 years of experience in similar position with background in gaming and hotel resort.

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD is required.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
