Job Responsibilities:
Assist Front Office Manager in the supervision and management of Front Office, including employee education and training, etc.
Enhance the hotel front desk business, accounting procedures and customer information management.
Responsible for guest relations maintenance and handing of guest feedbacks or complaints, for maximizing customer satisfaction.
Handle emergency incident of all kinds.
Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management.
At least 3 years of work experience in Front Office, with solid knowledge of Opera system is preferable.
Good communication skills, able to handle complaints and solve problems independently, and able to work under pressure.
Extensive cooperation and coordination capabilities with relevant departments.
Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
