Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow-up on-day guests’ arrival.
Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives.
Follow up any undone task by end shift.
Handle premium program settlement and supervise by AD or above.
Conduct and assist guest auto settlement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training.
With casino marketing experience is preferred.
At least 1 year of customer service experiences in 5 star-hotel.
Excellent command of Mandarin and English, Cantonese is an advantage.
