Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming and serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards.
Provide F&B service to premium guests, handling guests’ needs and inquires.
Communicate with guests, colleagues, other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Liaise with kitchen and teams to maintain a smooth flow of guest service.
Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, tidiness and adhere to work place safety practice.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
With customer service experience, working in reputable restaurants or hotels is advantage.
Basic F&B product and service knowledge.
Excellent customer service skills.
Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.
