Provide strategic leadership and assume overall management responsibility, develop annual fundraising plan & revenue and expense budgets that align with the organization’s global development strategy.
Oversee the planning and implementation of Macau fundraising activities in meeting business goals and objectives, develop quality standards and performance metrics and continuously improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
Ensure that appropriate stewardship and high quality support are provided to donors.
Increase visibility and positive image in the marketplace to both fulfill the mandate of educating public about avoidable blindness and to maximize fundraising potential.
Collect information on market demographics and competitor strategies, and develop plans and initiatives based on information collected.
Responsible for the development of staff, ensuring that they have the requisite capabilities for present and future success.
Coordinate Board relations and other legal matters, share best practices with other fundraising offices and provide support as needed.
University degree majoring in business administration, marketing, or social science.
Minimum 10 years of solid working experience in marketing, event planning or fundraising, with demonstrated success in securing income.
