  • Develop and Maintain the Resort Retail CRM and Loyalty program, building business relationships with local existing retailers/casino team in an attempt to increase their sales and company’s performance, follow up and analyze sales data, recruit, train, supervise, evaluate Personal Shopper.

  • Responsible for developing, engaging, managing and maintaining the relationships with internal marketing teams as well as key stakeholders.

  • Preparation of development/operating marketing business plans which address key issues and tenant annual sales budget, prepare, report and manage of budgets related to activities scheduled in the Marketing Plan.

  • Prepare project plan and implement logical sequence and appropriate timeframes, estimate resources required and measures of time, cost and quality.

  • Require to understand fundamental concepts and practices and key players of retailing, in order to identify ongoing requirements of retailers and develop relevant marketing campaigns.

  • Able to interpret and use research data based on an understanding of appropriate time and rationale for use, integration into the Marketing Plan as well as competitor activity/performance and retailer trends.

  • Responsible for generating non-traditional income to supplement tenants’ contribution to marketing, preparation of monthly marketing report for inclusion in monthly Management report.


  • Bachelor degree majoring in Business Marketing.

  • Minimum 6 years working experiences in consumer marketing/retail, with experience of marketing shopping mall is required.

  • Proven to work to targets, track record in sales, business development and increasing revenue.

  • Ability to negotiate at varying levels, good communication liaison, influencing skills, strong at project management.

  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, capacity to make a positive impact on audience.

  • Strong proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other MS Office apps.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Simplified Mandarin and Cantonese.
