 Responsibilities:

  • Lead Financial Planning & Strategy, develop, manage and execute tactics in achieving financial strategies for the division, develop and improve division and store financial KPI tracking and monitoring.

  • Work on the preparation of the Macau’s Budget, Forecasting and Strategic Plan, with the aim to improve forecast accuracy using robust data source and trends. Coordinate the monthly financial and monitor the variances to budgets/forecasts and to provide action plan to ensure division financial goals are achieved.

  • Maintain relationships with local banks, airport authorities, landlords, joint venture partners, and other business partners, analyzing new business opportunities. Participate in all contract bids and negotiations and seek appropriate involvement of legal department. 

  • Ensure timely and accurate reports which provide relevant information to the key stakeholders and communication, education, and management of financial targets with division stores and functional departments.

  • Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls to safeguard company’s assets, inventory and cash, ensure that financial practices and store SOPs are sound and in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures.

  • To oversee inventory control and review stock shrinkage and find ways to improve inventory ordering and replenishment process.

  • Analyze how store led promotions have an impact on traffic, conversion and GM% versus merchandising led promotions. Increase productivity of stores and back of house processes through development and implementation of best practices and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance required, MBA preferred.

  • At least 10 years of progressive financial & operating working experiences.

  • Certification in CPA, retail Industry, inventory management experience a plus.

  • Business acumen, action oriented and drive for results.

  • Good communication, organizing, problem solving skills.

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
