Responsible for the execution of all production and operational aspects of clients’ events from account servicing, managing project budget and timeline to implementing technical, logistics elements and on-site executions.
Executing events smoothly in achieving project target, to meet clients’ expectations and the company’s profit margin, setting, communicating and maintaining priorities and deadlines on every project.
Maintaining and developing client and vendor relationships, develop proposals, contracts and quotations with clients; and negotiate contracts and invoices with vendors.
Develop work plans and production schedules, develop event concept development, design, floorplans and renderings.
Travelling to onsite inspections, manage venue built-out, overseeing setup overnight, dismantling and removal of the production and clear the venue efficiently.
Managing and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, partners and all events logistics, handling client queries and troubleshooting on event day to ensure the event is executed successfully.
University graduate in Event Management, Marketing or related field; or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Event or Marketing related field.
Enthusiastic in executing a wide variety of events and promotions, flexible, target-driven, proactive approach and attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, good communications and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and a problem-solver.
Negotiation skills to obtain the best price from venues, suppliers and contractors, time management skills and ability to work in a high paced, high pressure environment.
Possession of technical knowledge, good people management / supervisory skills.
Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin.
Willing to work additional hours and work on weekends as needed.
