Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, produce and edit internal communications (Chinese and English) that engage employees of all levels.

  • Act as departmental liaison and project coordinator in Manager’s absence.

  • Conduct interviews and other research for internal communications.

  • Advise graphic designers to produce well thought out newsletters, bulletins, employee announcements, posters, videos, etc.

  • Ensure all deadlines are met, edit Chinese communications for correct grammar and usage.

  • Assist with employee activities and events, monitor the employee incentive program, attend award ceremony, suggest improvements when needed.

  • Perform other duties as directed by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications or similar, Master degree holder will be an advantage.

  • Minimum 2 years writing, editing and multimedia communications experience in a company, hotel or professional setting, with at least 1 year in supervisory level.

  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
