Research, develop, produce and edit internal communications (Chinese and English) that engage employees of all levels.
Act as departmental liaison and project coordinator in Manager’s absence.
Conduct interviews and other research for internal communications.
Advise graphic designers to produce well thought out newsletters, bulletins, employee announcements, posters, videos, etc.
Ensure all deadlines are met, edit Chinese communications for correct grammar and usage.
Assist with employee activities and events, monitor the employee incentive program, attend award ceremony, suggest improvements when needed.
Perform other duties as directed by the Manager.
Degree in Communications or similar, Master degree holder will be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years writing, editing and multimedia communications experience in a company, hotel or professional setting, with at least 1 year in supervisory level.
Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
