Responsible for developing Customer Business Plan to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. Primary jobs also include demand forecast, business reviews, customer growth strategy sell-in and execution, trading terms negotiation
Identify sales leads, achieve sales target and gross profit set by management.
Perform revenue forecasts and analysis reports that illustrate the sales department’s overall performance against target.
Provide recommendations and support to clients' requirements to satisfy their needs
Identify and develop new sales accounts in key target segments such as Sports, Education, Tourism channels whenever possible
To build strong key corporate accounts with MNCs, casinos, junkets and hotels
Establish performance goals for the sales department and monitor performance on a continual basis.
Min. 5 years sales experience in MICE, attractions, sales operation, travel & hotel industry is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree either in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing preferred
Energetic, proactive, results and objectives driven, resourceful and highly motivated with minimum supervision
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent team player and the ability to influence others towards achieving greater performance
Knowledge of local area business and existing client database.
Good network skills and strong relationship in the community.
