  • Responsible for developing Customer Business Plan to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. Primary jobs also include demand forecast, business reviews, customer growth strategy sell-in and execution, trading terms negotiation

  • Identify sales leads, achieve sales target and gross profit set by management.

  • Perform revenue forecasts and analysis reports that illustrate the sales department’s overall performance against target.

  • Provide recommendations and support to clients' requirements to satisfy their needs

  • Identify and develop new sales accounts in key target segments such as Sports, Education, Tourism channels whenever possible

  •       To build strong key corporate accounts with MNCs, casinos, junkets and hotels

  • Establish performance goals for the sales department and monitor performance on a continual basis.



  • Min. 5 years sales experience in MICE, attractions, sales operation, travel & hotel industry is preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree either in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing preferred

  • Energetic, proactive, results and objectives driven, resourceful and highly motivated with minimum supervision

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent team player and the ability to influence others towards achieving greater performance

  • Knowledge of local area business and existing client database.

  • Good network skills and strong relationship in the community.
