Responsibilities:

  • Drive online traffic to increase sales and brand awareness through various channels.

  • Report, analyse and improve search engine marketing and optimisation of all online marketing channels

  • Lead and implement social media and marketing campaigns with assurance of the contents compiled with company’s requirements.

  • Planning media buy and sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – online media and off-line media local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on the radio, depending on the campaign

  • Measure impact of campaigns for leads generation, returns on investment and conversions

  • Develop, organise and plan marketing events for strategic partnerships

  • Coordinating the production and design of marketing materials

  • Support the development of presentation material packages for internal and external communications

  • Providing support to Marketing Team

  • Manage the ad hoc projects as assigned by management 

Requirements:

  • Min. 8 years leadership experience in MICE, attractions, travel & hotel industry is preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree  or above qualification

  • Demonstrated strong team leadership and development ability.

  • Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database management, content management systems and desktop publishing applications are essential. Project management and multi-tasking skills are a must.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as creative writing and negotiation skills. Experience in generating presentations and proposals.
