Responsibilities:

  • contributes to the achievement of key objectives established through annual operating plans and revenue forecast.

  • responsible for all aspects of the safe operation of the wind tunnel including local relationships within the community, local authorities, Health & Safety, and partner agencies.

  • enhance or streamline operations, provide directions & guidance to team members to achieve their goals and to effectively communicate the objectives and vision of the organization to the employees

  • Providing a detailed and a strong analytical focus on the business

  • Monitoring the flight manifest to ensure maximum occupancy and maximizing up-sell opportunities

  • Review and submit annual revenue goals, operational budgets, then review these goals monthly and make necessary adjustments to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Implementing short and long-term sales & marketing strategies and helping evaluate effectiveness

  • Setting up product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential

  • Researching, evaluating and recommending enhancements to constantly improve the customer experience

  • On an ongoing basis, identify the current market social, demographic and corporate trends that may impact the facility's ability to meet its objectives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience leading highly successful operations teams in MICE, attractions, travel & hotel industry; exposure in China will be an advantage.

  • Strong program management, marketing, and leadership management

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or related field

  • Demonstrated ability to develop team members and effectively manage team member performance

  • Strong P&L experience and effective problem solving skills
