Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe workplace environment via Site Safety Inspections and accident investigations

  • Develop and maintain the companys construction and Facilities OHSE discipline, policies and regulations

  • Provide the companys Safety Card induction and Facilities internal trainings to keep update re safety trends in Facilities operations

  • Review, approve and improve OHSE (Occupational Health Safety and Environment) aspects of the Permit to Work System (PTWS)

  • Maintain Construction and Facilities Operation Health Safety Record

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years teaching or 1-year supervisory experience in Health/ Safety/ Environmental and/or construction safety field

  • Bachelor's degree or above in training, safety or facility management discipline and/or IRCA certified OHSAS 18001 OHS auditor or related certificate holders.

  • Good command of Chinese and English

  • Knowledge of OSHA general industry and/or construction standards and related authority statutes, regulations or local ordinances.
