Overseeing the production process including basic sourcing of materials, create washing label and all other required trims needed for orders and communicate with courier and shipment companies.
Work together with the manager to draw up a production schedule, making sure that prodcuts are produced on time and are of good quality.
Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers, supervising and motivating a team of workers, identifying their training needs.
Create invoicing for clients, arrange and manage all export and import documents.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Minimum 1 year working experience, previous experience in fashion and or project management working experience is preferred.
Have a certain amount of professionalism, must be able to multitask and can work under pressure.
Willing to adapt and collaborate, be able to manage time and people, with good communication and presentation skills.
Have a positive attitude to work and be able to motivate a team.
Competent with Computer and English.
