Responsibilities:

•  Facilitate customer service training to frontline staff.

•  Assist to review and maximize training effectiveness to enhance the company’s development.

•  Process the certification of the customer service training, e.g. marking exam paper etc.

•  Maintain and revise the training materials, training attendance, training records and keep the training facilities and environment in a professional manner.

Requirements:

•  Degree holder in HR Management/ Training & Development or related disciplines.

•  Minimum 2 years’ trainer working experience.

•  Patient, initiative, outgoing and well-organized, able to work independently.

•  Excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills.

•  Knowledge in using MS Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing.

•  Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
