Formulate the company's risk compliance system, organize and monitor its implementation, continuously supervise policies and procedures in ensuring their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Supervise agencies manage information systems, large or unusual transactions, and frontline staff work and conduct.
Monitor, manage and handle abnormal business transactions of the company.
Conduct regular compliance checks and assessments; write internal/external assessment reports.
Participate and liaison with government supervisory agencies, external lawyers, legal and review consultants.
Develop and implement relevant internal company training in accordance to the terms of the regulatory body.
University graduate or above, major in law, finance or other related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years or more of financial institution or large enterprise risk compliance management experience, with no less than 3 years of management experience.
Familiar with the financial legal system.
Strong logical thinking, innovation and enterprising awareness, risk awareness and legal compliance analysis skills.
Good independent ability, communication skills and program execution.
Good interpersonal relationships with professional ethics, proactive, honest and fair.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
