Responsible for the overall smooth operations of the Chinese restaurants assigned in the Hotel Resorts.
Responsible for developing lasting relationships with guests and patrons of the Food and Beverage Operations. Consult with restaurant operators on menu planning to optimize the guest experience and coordinate events in restaurants for VIP and High-profile guests.
Ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
Conduct regular divisional communication meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
Manage new developments and future plans within Food and Beverage, lead for successful change and foster innovation to enable positive consequences to changing environment.
Guiding and assisting Restaurant Managers with the on-going financial performance of the F&B restaurants, manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators and work with the respective Heads of Department as appropriate.
Conduct competitors surveys and restaurant inspections together with Restaurant Managers, Chef de Cuisines, Service Quality audits respectively, provide feedback to Food and Beverage Senior Management Team on a regular basis.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
At least 12 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a 5-star international hotel.
An in-depth understanding of hotel and Food & Beverage group processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven sales ability, creativity, and a drive to achieve optimum results.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills are required.
Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
