Monitor and execute claims procedures to ensure the operation achieving Company’s service standards and comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Develop a claim case strategy to ensure appropriate investigations are conducted to identify potential fraud cases.
Ensure all enquiries and related customer activities are followed up appropriately and any potential risks to the Company are minimized through effective approval procedures.
Initiate and implement the plan to enhance operational efficiency and to ensure service standards and targeted KPI are achieved on a consistent basis.
Provide claims insights in new product launch and product revamp program.
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Bachelor Degree holder.
Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in non-life Insurance.
Solid knowledge in non-life insurance products and policy wordings.
Mature with strong customer service mindset, high levels of integrity and independency.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
