  • Monitor and execute claims procedures to ensure the operation achieving Company’s service standards and comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop a claim case strategy to ensure appropriate investigations are conducted to identify potential fraud cases.

  • Ensure all enquiries and related customer activities are followed up appropriately and any potential risks to the Company are minimized through effective approval procedures.

  • Initiate and implement the plan to enhance operational efficiency and to ensure service standards and targeted KPI are achieved on a consistent basis.

  • Provide claims insights in new product launch and product revamp program.

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor Degree holder.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in non-life Insurance.

  • Solid knowledge in non-life insurance products and policy wordings.

  • Mature with strong customer service mindset, high levels of integrity and independency.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
