Underwrite new and renewal cases for various insurance products in accordance with established underwriting standards and predefined authority.
Monitor the procedures to ensure the provision of quality client service including quotations, enquiry handling, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and amendments.
Review and update the internal guidelines and underwriting standards on a consistent basis to maintain market competitiveness and quality output in accordance with business plan.
Provide quality and professional response to enquirers from representatives of sales channels and handle complaints related to underwriting.
Keep abreast of market trend and competitor product developments & co-ordinate periodic competitor product & pricing reviews.
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Bachelor Degree holder.
Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in non-life Insurance.
Solid knowledge in non-life Insurance products with good understanding of the market dynamic.
Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
