l   Responsible for financial management of projects, put together bids to win new business as well as negotiate and agree contracts; project planning; preserving or improving procedures, standards or policies.

l   Building relationships with clients to establish new contracts; develop strong relationships with different departments within the company to ensure everyone is working toward the same targets and goals.

l   Financial planning and budgeting; develop strategic plans to encourage business growth.

l   Use analytics to create action plans that are based on data and statistics and interpret results against targets.

l   Develop risk assessments and pricing structures for products to work toward commercial efforts.

l   Oversee staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met. Work with contractors to resolve the problem and meeting the defined schedule.


l   Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

l   With quantity surveying, architecture, interior design, engineering background or experience working for contractors or sub-contractors, consultancy businesses is an advantage.

l   Strong contractual knowledge, high understanding of construction processes.

l   Team player, strong commercial awareness, client liaising and exemplary communication skills, good numeracy, strong analytical and negotiation skills, high attention to detail, ability to manage a team.

l   Excellent IT skills and knowledge of relevant software.

l   Macau ID is preferred.
