Responsibilities:

  • Assume the overall responsibility for the Slot Gaming department, lead the Team in achieving high sales targets consistently.

  • Maximize net profits by executing different marketing strategies and campaigns effectively, conceptualize and develop long-term marketing plans and strategies for all non-regional and domestic slot players.

  • Enhance good relationship with the loyal guests, identify and attract new slot players to increase business leads.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and the overall slot environment, provide management with effective and innovative recommendations for boosting sales and revenues.

  • Oversee relevant activities of the Team in terms of staffing, training, budgeting and business operations, allocate manpower efficiently according to the business demand and guest portfolios.

  • Monitor and implement quality control mechanism for the department, including public relations techniques, guest service standards, staff grooming, health and safety, etc.

  • Ensure the Team adhere to the policies and procedures in meeting the corporate goal.

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above.

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Gaming Marketing, preferably specialized in Slot team.

  • Excellent Slot product knowledge.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • High level of self-motivation and confident.

  • Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, good in English.
