  • Prepare company’s overall mid-term and long-term marketing strategy and formulate company’s annual implementation plan.

  • Coordinate and monitor the department to ensure the sales expansion plan is implemented effectively.

  • Seek market opportunities, explore potential customers and expand business channels.

  • Responsible for the sales management of company's major customers, control the execution of the sales process, coordinate and maintain pleasant relationship with customers.

  • Manage and lead the team to accomplish the sales targets.


  • Degree holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position.

  • Experience in banking field is highly preferred.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive with excellent interpersonal and selling skills, possesses strong analysis and problem- solving capabilities, able to work under pressure.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
