Provide day-to-day HR solutions to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Provide responsive and high quality support and advice to all business units on issues related to staff grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Assume responsibility for all labor dispute cases with relevance to Employee Relations issues.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Identify, plan and implement positive employee relations programs, leading toward a more efficient and motivated workforce.
Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Provide employee turnover analysis to business units as a tool for their retention needs.
Bachelor’s degree of above in Human Resources or related discipline. Holding certificate / diploma in Counseling / Negotiation and / or labor relations will be an advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field. Ideally a generalists HR background and experience in managing people. Such experience much cover a wide understanding of people and organization issues. Experience in gaming and hospitality operations will be a definite advantage.
Well-versed in Macau Labor Legislations and solid experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases, including grievance, dispute and disciplinary issues.
Demonstrate confidence and experience in negotiating and communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
