  • Support the Assistant Director of Rooms in operating and managing the Concierge and Transportation Departments, in line with hotel’s corporate strategies and brand strategies, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.

  • Manage the teams of Front Office Service, Concierge and Transportation to ensure smooth operations for all activities or relations internally or externally, with compliance to corporate service standard.

  • Assist to conduct regular communications meetings. Maximize the effectiveness of Team members by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or counseling. Conduct half yearly and annual Check in conversation with Assistant Managers.

  • Ensure all Bell Attendants and Concierge equip sound knowledge of local attractions, tours, excursion, restaurants, bars, visa and airline/travel arrangements.

  • Oversee and work closely with Transportation Manager to ensure smooth running of the Transport department. Ensure vehicles run to schedule, and are maintained in excellent condition at all times.

  • Develop and maintain a detailed Departmental policies & procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensure annual review to accurately reflect any changes.

  • Maximize resource allocation throughout the workforce of Concierge & Transportation Departments based on the principles of a flexible associate base.


  •  Diploma holder or above in hotel or tourism management.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel/casino industry and 2 years in managerial level with exposure to transportation management. Casino exposure will be an  advantage.

  • Good command of Chinese and English. Korean speaking will be an advantage.

  • Willing to work in South Korea and relocation will be provided.
