Support the Hotel Manager in operating and managing the Hotel’s and Casino’s Food and Beverage division in accordance with the standard of the Hotel, attend meetings in the absence of Hotel Manager.
Demonstrate as the business manager, an awareness of business opportunities and seize and act upon them, aware of financial issues, identify opportunities to ensure the service, products are sustainable and profit growth is achieved.
Work closely with other Department Heads and Gaming Operations in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the resort and the satisfaction of gaming and non-gaming customers.
Assist in menu/beverage list engineering, work with outlet and beverage managements; take corrective actions and concept specific food and beverage products.
Assist the Hotel Manager in preparing the F&B Annual Business Plan ensuring the division’s business objectives are fully address and meeting the strategic priorities and goals.
Maintain an effective sales and marketing strategies and program in maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring that company brand standards have been implemented. Support and drive social media activities related to the Food and Beverage Divisions.
Diploma holder or above in hotel or tourism management.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in F&B industry of Western or Asian cuisine with 2 years in senior managerial level.
Keen on HACCP / ISO 22000 requirements.
Good command of Chinese and English. Korean speaking will be an advantage.
Willing to work in South Korea and relocation will be provided.
