Plan, organize and implement fundraising strategies that aimed at acquiring and retaining individual donors, including direct marketing, monthly donation programs and online fundraising.
Support donor-initiated fundraising activities and explore new fundraising opportunities.
Liaise with vendors and in-house relevant departments to coordinate and manage the production of fundraising materials. Ensure all fundraising activities are administrated in a timely, high-quality manner and within budget.
Investigate and understand individual donors’ giving patterns and factors. Undertake research on donors to help determine effective fundraising plans.
Implement approved school program to promote eye care to students as well as to raise sustainable funds, manage the production of eye care booklets and other eye health education materials.
Prepare budget, cost analysis, and campaign evaluations for assigned fundraising activities, handle donation transactions, provide services to donors and maintain good donor relations.
Work closely with other offices to coordinate fundraising activities and assist in various fundraising projects when needed.
University degree majoring in business / marketing or social sciences.
At least 3 years of solid experience in marketing or fundraising in Macau, with demonstrated success in securing income.
Proven experience in both digital and direct marketing and customer relationship.
A good team player with high degree of responsibility and integrity, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate others.
Good problem-solving skill and able to work independently, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to organize and prioritize work under pressure.
Enthusiastic and passionate to develop one’s career with a charity organization, self-motivated, creative, energetic and willing to work overtime.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin.
